Who we are

ovhc.net.au is operated by UNILINK EDUCATION PTY. LTD. (ABN 50 152 187 650), an Australian-registered education agent, and its Beijing subsidiary Unilink Education Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. When you visit this site:

• Quote tool data - when you use the quote widget, information you enter is handled by the UNILINK quote service and payment partners so the quote and purchase flow can work.
• Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited. These logs are used for security and performance purposes and are subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• No tracking cookies — we do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics trackers. Cloudflare may set essential security cookies (e.g., bot detection) which are strictly functional.

Quote and checkout services

Quote links open a UNILINK-owned service. If you continue to checkout, the insurer or payment provider (including Flywire where applicable) may collect the information needed to issue the policy or process payment under its own privacy policy. OVHC.net.au does not receive full card or bank-account details.

Email communication

If you contact us via info@ovhc.net.au, we will receive your email address and message content. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your email with third parties.

Data retention

We do not maintain a database of visitor information. Standard server logs retained by Cloudflare are subject to Cloudflare's data retention policies. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry.

Your rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or Australia, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (GDPR, UK GDPR, or the Australian Privacy Act 1988) to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Given the minimal data we collect directly, this is unlikely to be relevant, but you may contact us at info@ovhc.net.au with any request.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
